The education project designed and delivered by Digit’Ed.

The Executive Program in Strategy Innovation was an international advanced management course run in English and entirely online, designed for management personnel with a consolidated professional profile.

Business owners and senior managers explored the principles of strategic innovation, developing the knowledge and skills needed to improve their leadership ability.

The programme was designed to help participants develop a critical understanding of strategy and innovation issues, with the aim of improving their ability to unlock individual and organizational potential, to analyse problems and complexities in the business scenarios they face, and to identify the need for sustainability strategies.

To do all this, the design of the Executive Program followed a workplace learning methodology, in which participants acquire skills by working with real scenarios and practical situations within their own organizations.
