Artificial Intelligence & Human Resources
The first talk of the series was held on March 26 at the 24ORE Business School in Milan and addressed the impact of AI, exploring:
– the best strategies for striking the right balance between AI and human skills
– the vision of AI as a partner for human capital
– the ethics for incorporating AI into HR practices
– the outlook for jobs
It was a collective and collaborative opportunity for attendees to interact and share their thoughts, facilitated by the authoritative voice of Father Paolo Benanti, lecturer at the Ponitifical Gregorian University and sole Italian member of the United Nations AI Advisory Body, and member of the 24ORE Business School’s Board of Changemakers.
Bringing his expertise and engaging manner, Father Benanti led the discussion on how artificial intelligence is shaping the job market and the strategies available to companies for human resources management. Encouraging attendees to share their thoughts, he gave practical examples of how AI can be used not only to enhance skills sets and capabilities, but to improve work methods.
“Artificial intelligence is a technology set to change things as we know them forever. It can be found in every field, from industry to social media, education to work, driving lasting change in the social and economic fabric. As such, it is important to steer the transition in a principled way, according to ethics and social justice,” remarked Father Benanti in the run up to the event.
Chief Commercial Officer of Digit’Ed, stressed the importance of developing critical thinking as a new key skill, as AI becomes increasingly more relevant to the working world.
