The start of 2025 marks the turning of a page for Digit’Ed. In just three years, we have built a solid organization, strengthened by the 150 new professionals who joined us in 2024. We have established ourselves as the number-one corporate training and professional development provider in Italy and one of the biggest education players on the European scene. Our growth, however, is seen not just in the numbers, but also in our quality, underpinned by a community of experts of acknowledged excellence and far-sighted vision.

With the arrival of our new chief executive officer Davide Vassena,

Digit’Ed is gearing up to write a new chapter in its success story, drawing up all our energy to take on the challenges of a working world in constant transformation. Our mission nevertheless remains the same—to support organizations in their growth with a people-centred strategy, leveraging knowledge and education to unlock the talent in their people, promote upskilling and reskilling, and put investments to work in talent acquisition processes.

“Human skills are the engine of progress. In an age when the digital transformation and global dynamics are continuously changing the rules of the game, leveraging advanced tools and innovative approaches to develop effective leaders and professionals means creating value for all of society. It is with this firmly in mind that we strive to pursue our goal to be the go-to partner for professional education in Italy, by providing top quality content aimed at developing the right skills to achieve career goals and company objectives.”

Davide Vassena has stepped up to the helm of a solid and visionary ship, determined to make lifelong learning and innovation in education the pillars of our nation’s growth. His leadership will be fundamental in charting a course that builds on the potential in people, to make Digit’Ed a shining example to follow—not just for the education sector, but for all of the Italian economy and society.

We believe this is just the start of an ambitious journey, where growth is pursued not just for growth’s sake, but as means to achieving a more noble goal—to build a more inclusive society, willing and able to rise to the challenges of the future.

The future is built with skill. We are ready to do it.
